Not so good. Invested in a sleep tracker app. Seems quite accurate, but at the moment its just adding pressure on me to sleep, which really isn't helping.

BOC Relays
You only really hear this sort of chat from orienteers who aren't good enough to mix it properly, but got done a bit dirty by the gaffling I think.
Had the two long early controls, so was basically a solo middle race from 9mins to 25mins. Linked back up with Jackland, Davros, Charles, and Mr Benefits for an uncharacteristically speedy run-in.
Actually quite enjoyed today, didn't feel to bad in the legs or in the lungs. Not a million miles away from a decent result.
Motivation for the next year could be imagining myself in a top EUOC relay team with Jammond and Euan - special boys.

BOC Long.
Realistically just not in shape to be running a proper long, so didn't feel very much like a race. 2nd half was made up of lots of walking, chatting to Finlay and Phill.
Need some 2 hour long runs - and some longer threshold sessions - in the bank before being able to push till the end on these.
Nice to actually finish something that I was finding tough though - had got into a bit of a rut of calling it a day when the going got tough.
