First long run in awhile. 3.5 miles on packed dirt trail, the rest on sidewalks or paved paths. Some SERIOUS head/side/tailwinds throughout the run.

2 sets of 10x30sec sprints with 30sec recoveries. On mostly ice/slushy trails but for one glorious mile it was dry packed dirt..!!!
