Easy 9k + hard last 1k along one of the many Portland river trails. Enjoyable minus some hip tightness, will roll that out tonight.

Last harder ride. Booked a massage for my usual workout time this morning so settled for a trainer ride after baby bedtime and dinner guests. A little slow to start but then settled in for some mixed hills.
