Carnethy Two Faced Allemuir Handicap Race
My first handicap, such good fun. Gorgeous evening to be in the pentlands. Had Eddie with my all the way to the last climb up allemuir which was actually very helpful and definitely spurred me on. Tried running more of the climbs which is definitely better as the legs get less stagnated. Moving pretty well or atleast consistently and true handicap style was just picking people off the whole way round which is always fun. Foot a little sore during descent but no pain after which is good. Nothing from the achilies.

SLR in the pentlands. Started with the boys on a reverse skyline route from swanston then split off after harbour down to the reservoir and back via castlelaw track. Great day to be out and my first proper run long. It was very nice to be back, very much enjoyed the chill no rush nature of long running. Right foot been flaring up abit this week but it settled through out run
