Warmup, strides, supposed mile race at creve course lake, cool dn, more strides. I say supposed because my supposed time was in the neighborhood of 5:30. Either the course was 3/4 mile or something wrong with the timing. That said, everything went well. The shoes I used to dislike now protect my battered feet well. It was cool. My prep was good. And I didn't pull ANYTHING! No matter, I will try to do another time trial soon.
