Trail Culture run, from the Grizzly Paw brewery, up to Benchland trail, more up to Johnny's, then down and across to Benchland again. Hot and sweaty run.

A long run with friends from Canmore to Banff.
Lyen was running his first 50km, so him and few others started from the Canmore Beamers and ran up to Goat Creek parking lot. Tom and I met them there and we continued on to Banff. We made lots of bear calls as part of the trail was under bear advisory. The pace was slow and steady. Once we got to the golf course in Banff, Maude, Andrei, Simon and I ran to town to catch the bus back, while Lyen, Heather and Tom continued on Rundle River side to make the full loop.
