Oops...I didn't double check my training plan and didn't realize I was supposed to run 90min yesterday!
I went up Tunnel Mountain after work, took it really easy, as per Coach.
I had the trail all to myself:)

Up Ha Ling. I was surprised not to see many people on the trail, as the day was gorgeous, warm and sunny.
The trail was in good shape, just above the tree line the snow was mid-shin.
I didn't go all the way up, just to the saddle. Very windy there.

It's hard to get a decent speed on that trail, it's steep and narrow in many areas.

It's so awesome to have 'crazy' friends around who are willing to join me on these long runs! I so appreciate it:)
Carbon, CO and Stefanie met me at my house and we run up to Highline, all the way down to Quarry and back to my place via Loki. I hiked all the hills, trying to stay consistent in my breathing. Since my hydration pack was underneath my jacket, the water did not freeze this time; I also has some of the home-made protein ball. I felt great during the whole run, I am sure it had to do with the great company, warmer temperatures and awesome trail :)
