Out on the surprisingly beautiful Burlington waterfront. Colder than I thought but still got away with shorts.

Super weather. Skipped the gym yesterday to make sure I felt obligated to do a nice one today. It worked.

Felt very easy until 1:30 when I started to feel queasy and way tired.

Shoes felt good aside from creating a few hot spots. They've been hard to lace up just right but the squishyness and structure feels good and as if it's correcting my running form a little.

Beautiful day, perfect for running once the standing water is gone.
