Been a while so I thought I’d take advantage of the nice sunny weather and run. Felt alright for a first run after a layoff. Got hailed on at the end. Tiny hail stuff riding the wind straight into my eyes. Could do without that bit.

Strength training 6 hours after a painful, deep tissue leg massage may be filed under B. For Bad Terrible Bad idea. I was advised against this. And even listened a bunch of times, but not today. Never. Again.
