2.1km walked today :-) still a bit sore after walking but good sore now whereas before it was painful stop walking sore.

Slow progress but progress. Still just walking with poles, but getting more comfortable
Lots of icing and Exercises.
Did a bit more of circuits/pilates this week
Feels like my body seizing up from lack of activity generally though.
