Sited a mere 90 minutes SE of Perth, this event is in an area that is all bush, mainly wandoo and jarrah woodland, with just a bit of parrot-bush to keep you honest. There is a bit of steep territory in the far west but, if you are not a masochist, you won’t see it. For those that do - well - it is selfinflicted - don’t say we didn’t warn you!

There are plenty of tracks and heaps of easy controls, though we did put in a couple that will try even the best navigators. We may have even mis-placed a couple, just to see how good you really are - if you cannot find them, maybe you should try the “How to Rogaine Successfully” course at Dryandra in May).

The hash site is fantastic – plenty of shade so you don’t have to sit in the sun to plan your course. And, of course, the weather will be perfect. THERE IS NOT FOOD AT THIS EVENT, BLOODY HELL!

The Junior Cadet Challenge will run concurrently with this event.
