May 11, 2023 - Early Packet Pick-up 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm at Seven Bends State Park - 1191 Lupton Road, Woodstock, VA 22664

May 13, 2023 - Race Day Packet Pick-up is 7:45 am - 8:45 am at Seven Bends State Park

Race Day Itinerary:

7:30 am: Transition area opens at Seven Bends State Park Lupton Entrance, marked area by the REV3 Trailer

7:45 am: Race Day Registrations opens
(You must check-in at least 1 hour before your race)

9:00 am: 4 & 8 Hour Pre-race brief (Mandatory for all team captains) (4 & 8 Hour Racers)

9:30 am: 4 & 8 Hour Race Starts (4 & 8 Hour Adventure Race from Seven Bends State Park)

1:30 pm: 4 hour Racers must be off the course

1:45 pm: 4 Hour Racer Awards or rolling awards for early finisher

5:30 pm: 8 Hour Racers must be off the course

5:45 pm: 8 Hour Racer Awards ceremony or rolling awards for early finishers
