This is the first (unofficial) installment of the US Orienteering Team's time trial series. It is a 3K--you should endeavor to do this on a track during the date range specified. After this dress rehearsal, these time trails will be official (i.e., required for standing team members.)

While this is intended to be a motivational/training tool for the US Team, others are welcome to post their results also.
