Course description

A ultra sky marathon in the heart of the Gran Paradiso National Park. 50 km running along the “Strade Reali di Caccia” (Real hunting path) reaching 3000 m height passes, through moraines, snowfields, rock and streams. Here live ibex and chamois and you’ll follows theirs paths!
The run starts near the Piantonetto lake (1,917 m), climbs five passes, three of which reach or approach 3,000 m, at the foot of Gran Paradiso mountain (4,061 m) and finish along the Ceresole Reale lake. A real run in the high mountain’s heart!
