Day 2 at Belfast. Courses to suit all ages and abilities. ROC will host the event in the beautiful Lakenvlei forests. Course distances are from 2 to 12 km with winning times of about 60 minutes.
Chasing starts will test competitors ability under pressure.
Small kids can do a 400m fun course.
