Discussion: is tipping the boat scary?

It was the first time. Then, we did it again in a race, and this time in the harbor and it wasn't scary those times - you just did what you needed to do. There are places where it would be scary - next to rocks, for example, or right on the shore or if the waves were really big. But in most cases, it's just annoying and in a race, it obviously slows you down. Oh, and you're soaked, so if you don't have dry clothes, you'll be cold.
