Training for big races is tough no matter how you do it. But if YOU are tough it no longer has to require massive sacrifices because of the time required. Time is simply no longer an excuse. Check out the new unconventional training guide to ultra endurance racing and then go sign up for that expedition race you've always wanted to do--get UltraMental.

It's already cheap, but get the pdf version even cheaper--use IntroPrice at checkout.

For sure, AP'ers will be the first to know. I should order this before I forget. ( I just checked... OMG only about $4 for a kindle version... Why wouldn't I go for it... I'll buy it this weekend and start reading... I'm not allowed to spend long hours running currently, and Carbon is away, so what else will I do to fill my time?... although I have no limitations on how much I bike...

Already reading. Interesting... Feels like some of it will come down to testing it out for myself and seeing how it goes. Probably this fall...

I thought it was a fun read. There's probably a takeaway for almost any athlete there, even if its just an unconventional perspective or a new mental trick to get yourself through a short hard effort.
