I though you could descend Keith. I have done under 10 for it but of course no where near the
record down time of 7.05
Maybe - a few thoughts
-It is really a very steep down, a rough across and a track run.
-I couldn't run with my weight forward and legs perpinduclar to ground on the very steep down. Therefore I couldn't "open up" so I didn't seem to have much of an advantage. Then for the rough I was jaded and it wasn't particuarly technical, and I'm slow on the track.
-I'm only quick down comapred to runners similar speed to me.
-I'd like to give it another go......
