It's a rollercoaster of emotion... running (relatively)slowly uphill on sand is (a) low impact and (b) doesn't stir the hammies... wait till tonight's report

If I have to wait till tonight, I assume that;s because you are runnign again - so you're well ahead of me. I find a slow jog easier than a walk...
