Another nice piece! And very well controlled pacing, gradually speeding up and finishing fast. But no warm-up? Can you jump right into a 2:04 pace without risk of injury?
I dunno. I had 10 minutes before I had to get on a conference call, so this seemed like a better idea than anything else I could think of. I guess I didn't feel like I was at risk of injury. I can go faster more comfortably if I'm well warmed up, though. This was a bit beyond comfortable.
