Impressive, as it looks like almost your first run of the year! Hope all feeling ok afterwards. Presume you're still planning on running London then?
Hope so, subject to me not getting injured again. A lot of pain on this run, especially the last third, where the pace dropped by about 15% too - but planning on doing a few runs of this length in the next few weeks. If I get to the stage where I can do 30km without being in lots of pain, then should be OK for April.

Excellent, hope the pain goes away before too long, even if not too encouraging at the moment - at least with most of your exercise being on the bike that should help not to aggravate it - although generally doing runs with lots of pain doesn't sound like a great idea!...
