Does anyone know of an easy calorie counting app? I'm looking for one I can do quickly and don't feel like I have to spend a half day entering everything I've eaten. I just need an easy way to make sure I'm getting enough calories per day and hold myself to it. I have a tendency to not want to eat some times....

I've used nutrimirror.com before. I really like that it shows how you do for both macro and micro-nutrients over the course of a day, week, month, etc. It's a good way to see where your diet is lacking.

Right there with you Silkychrome! But in all seriousness I agree with runninghils. That's a good one.

Although my problem is the opposite too, a friend's daughter has very serious issues because she can't make herself eat. She's in university but her weight has gone down to the 80 lb range at times. The medical concerns associated with being underweight are scary and more immediate than problems from being overweight. Although I might joke it's a problem I'd like to have, it's really *not* a problem I'd like to have at all.
