Per the sanctioning calendar, IS and IC are separate events in 2014 (OCIN for IS, DVOA a potential for IC). Unless there's an update and OCIN is doing both.

DVOA has submitted their sanctioning app for the IC & US Relay Champs.

Unless the Board rejects the Champs bid, OCIN will only be doing the IS.
