Sprint maps are different. It is a little tricky to get used to how fast things come up. While you have to run fast to be competitive, it is more important to know where you are going (just like woods o). Take some time to make a plan each leg, even if it is only a second or two. Just like in the woods, if you lose contact it can take a long time to recover.

Hey - two out of three ain't bad. What did you want - a perfect weekend? Comfort yourself by thinking about how you kicked my ass on Friday and Saturday. Check out my splits if you need a good laugh.

Those were two really fine runs. Your fitness level must be making it possible for you to concentrate through an entire course. Keep up the good work.

Like Jim said, you had a really great two days Friday and Saturday. I felt like I had a couple of good days, and you fought me to at least a draw. That wouldn't have happened a year ago, so you should feel really good about your progress.
