It's getting better, just more slowly than I'd like. Last week I needed painkillers; this week it's just something to be aware of, but doesn't slow me down too much.
Just the Lowlander for me. I walk a lot of it, anyway. ;-)
What are you doing for it? Low cobra pose is really good, rolling on a foam roller also.
Mostly whatever we do in Pilates, which is gentle stretches and strengthening of the core. And lots of cat stretches. I think time's been the best healer here.
