what is your foot injury? was it caused by something specific - i.e. being stepped on by an elephant, or is it just generally from training?

It's an excuse to avoid 6 hours in car with Ewan & Nea!
Its heel bruising I think, caused by running hard on a lot of hard/rocky tracks at Belango in O shoes.
Lost my black merino shirt, but did find my Kenilworth runners 1/2 marathon shirt that Alexa had "acquired" several months ago.
Icing foot now - just read Mickey O'Ls book, some I'm across the compete with modified preparation and a lot of rehab approach.
