Thanks, a lot of driving, but worth it. Now to rest up and train in Colorado for the Laramie Daze. Hopefully I can maintain :)

Nice work Soupbone. You're in "the zone!" Hope you can use your Canadian experience as a springboard to knock 'em dead at Laramie.

But you're missing some very fine weather here: bright sun, cool evenings, dry, low humidity...and everyone we meet has a smile on their face!

In Colorado the smiles are even bigger. the mosquitoes are non existent. Wish you all were going to be out in Laramie! Now it time to train after watching the USA Pro Tour come through town today.

What's that...pro cyclists in Buena Vista? Did you see Rudy hanging on the back of the pack?

Got a call from Orlyn today. He's stuck in Florida "for the duration" and won't be able to make Laramie. Too bad. He sounded like he could use a little mountain air, control picking, and a couple IPAs with the guys.

8' behind Ross Burnett seems slick - but that Hammer flew didn't he? But, of course, he's still young. I remember him at a Harriman training week years ago, running with an over-sized O map 1/3rd his height.

Washington/Montana a week away.
