hav u been in the pool yet, i recon it would be a bit painful the first couple of times, and a month and a half is ages, ull be sweet for teh trials!
havent been out of the house since sunday. Can do some cardio on the windtrainer as well once i can sit comfortably. Anna told me to do pilates for core and strengthening but at the moment i still cant roll on my side with out my hip feeling like its got a knife in it.
