That's one awesome commute you have their Shanel, great work. Back in the day when I was training for the tri worlds my Thurs ride gradually increased to become a 90k ride - essentially a Thurs group ride plus Reabold reps and loopings. Combined with a second long (hills) ride your bike fitness will be missing nothing but some tRicky-esque intervals.
Don't forget the windtrainer!
Windtrainer is also intervals.
What I'd really like it to be missing is my clunky cleat which went to a whole new level yesterday.
