Yep no surprises there but noce to see it laid out. BTW you left out THE premier middle distance event - the 1500m WR 3:26 and vdot 84. As a tool that reflects aerobic energy source running efficiency you can forget about those sprinters! Anyhow there is an adjustment for 400 and 800m times (see JD) called the + 6secs a lap rule. Although I love my raw 400m vdot of 69 and if I age grade it - wow! :-)
