very interesting. 2:18 for the 800 would just be about 10 seconds off the 60+ WR! as I'm sure you know. Well, i think our best bet for a virtual challenge event is the mile:) How about a TT toward the end of June? (22 happens to be my 60th). Any rules about it being on the track? I think I ran a 5:36 something last year, but it was a net downhill road course, with some uphill thrown in for good measure.

Sounds good. I'll be back for the Carlisle Old Home day mile race June 30th- a road course with net uphill (5:42 last year), so that will be good for a TT :-)
M60 WR 2:08.56 by Nolan Shaheed who also crashed 5 min mile barrier (4:57)!

Sure, I'll stack my downhill against your uphill anyday! Serendipity! My road race is June 30 also.
