slower, because you haven't been running as much? good thing we @ AP have you to look to, the times seem really good, but upon reflection not completely impossible (well, daunting, but we wont go into that). hope we can scare up a virtual challenge for you somehow. Which distance would you focus on if someone said just work on one distance and become the best you can at that one?

Thanks and yes to less running and some life distractions. Any challenge sounds good :-)
Focus distance: 800m- looking to go sub 2:20 this season.

Those were the kind of time I could run 10 years ago. Where has the speed gone? Worth working towards, but as you know there are limits. Good thing there are no limits in orienteering, rogaines are a different story.
