Why would someone like:
Craig, Rachel, Andrew M, Shane, all show up at the start and think this was not a joke?

If you do enough elite races or adventure races you get used to having courses like that. I have enough trouble keeping track of what day of the week it is, I had no idea it was April 1.

It was a good joke.
A certain young man must've been looking at his map closely before starting... I wasn't going to look at the map at all until Craig asked to have a look and then made a fuss.
