A hard run 2 days before a race you want to run well at?
Re your thread on the main form, focus on the process, not the outcome. If the process is right, the outcome will look after itself.

I see what you mean, i wanted to see what pace i can produce and have since updated that run, it wasnt a long session just wanted to see what i was likely to produce at the weekend giving myself convidence in my physical ability which doesnt seem great atm.
