how much of that is actually running and orienteering?
Not sure as i didnt put any distances on for the first part of the year so am still missing a lot but a lot of it is cycling tbh haha
33hrs cycling, only 10 running, so I wouldn't big it up too much :P

it clearly shows only 12 hours of actual running training (which would include warming up for races), orienteering doesn't count as running training! Also the orienteering may be rounded up from training weekend and such. 6 hours of walking does not count as training, neither does the stretching, so that's 14 hours out right there. But simply my view :)
I use fell races as training and Orienteering events if they are not important :/ i dont care haha i long whatever i didnt have to do but did off my own back!
Willy you love to rip into peoples training logs hahaha!
True point though! ;) carl what are all the seat core exercises about? pussy!
no will I'm simply advising :) because then carl may just do some more running and improve. though I can't really criticise him because I've done zilch running since january!
I know, I know...I don't think I'd ever log walking as a training activity tbh! and how is the injury, you gonna do the british middle middle and sprint ?
Well biking is better for you anyways and i do a lot of racing atm so i dont do much running i am doing to event most weekends now!
fair enough, I'd say biking has it's advantages, it's good for some stuff, like cross training (trust me I know by now :P) but it doesn't get your heart rate quite as high as running though.
carl you've done more core stability than running, is that really worth boasting about? :')
Yeah i do need to do more runs but i dont go out in the dark and the night have only just started getting lighter and i normally run Fridays but have been unable to for weeks due to Doctor Opoinments, Physio,Driving Lessons, Personal Problems and other things so just susssh guys and for the running its because i do more racing now! My fell races are my running training, and i can do core more easily and i have to do a lot otherwise my back wont get better and i will have to quit because its causing major problems at work etc!!!!!
And doesnt matter to much considering you only did 103 hours training all of last year and i have nearly put that in in three months! So its not too bad is it really!
I only recorded my training from the end of september last year, with only a few session put in in jan/feb when I stopped doing it! so I did a lot more than 103 hours carl :P if you look closely you'll notice there's nothing there for the majority of it! I didn't mean to offend as I clearly have, it was simply my view, obviously I didn't have the full picture :)
Yeah lot more than people think going on mate dont worry haha just a lot of people liking having a go at me atm haha :)
carl you're like y58924798 years older than me so your argument is invalid :')
but at least you have a strong core :L
Just cos hes done the most of core training, doesnt mean his skinny core will be strong :)
Katherine i am only three years older than you haha not 58924798 haha and my core is stong ;) abs is not just ur core ;) core works all ur insides :P
