well, i forget where you live, but i think its further north than my destinations. i'll cross brentwood to the s.c. where tj's is, then turn right into the industrial park and wind my way thru to cross hanley where the metro tracks cross above at a diagonal.

but if I lived more west or north, i would go i.p. to bruno, then diagonally on Lindbergh drive and jog to where highland terrace (didn't realize there was this crossing) crosses 40. Never done it, but it looks attractive on the map.

I use the McC. Overpass a lot. There are a cpl handy overpasses off of dale that will get u to bruno. Both are good routes to WF area.

Rode to fair shares from WF last week. That was an interesting route choice challenge.

yup, that industrial park cut-through is golden. i use the strassner/bruno route to big bend (i'm basically at big bend/clayton). but, the lindbergh/highland terrace looks like way better traffic conditions on the map. i'll use that one next time. thanks!

whenver i approach FS from the west i use a bit of around-routing to get there...FP to oakland to macklind to pattison to marconi to northrup (FS is at northrup/kingshighway).
