Do you know that the rest of world (yes, there are some non-American countries around) scratches their heads about pachyderms and grey squeally almost horses as party symbols? -
Anyway, voting seems to inspire some
single line poems.
They tend to reflect a kind of "I voted, then go on with things" attitude. I have not found the battle cry, "wow, I voted, I made this great country happen, I love to be involved and I know my congressman/woman will stand up for me and a fair world and it is great to have such a beautiful country where people love each other and care for each other, even the politicians aim for honor, honesty and high values."
