I'll leave out the bit about my disappearing email to Dalto because that's in another thread but perhaps you remember this "I won't be riding, running, or doing any training involving my legs because this stupid fucking hamstring injury just won't heal." Actually that's probably not the exact quote but you get the idea.

I vaguely remember you mentioning you would ease off on the training and paddle instead, now that you mention it. However, that was just the sort of thing I wouldn't remember when we were standing around laughing at you.
