Most Oxford area hotel rooms and the Hueston Woods Lodge are full. If you want to be in Oxford, you'd be wise to book now at one of the budget motels, B&Bs or Hueston Woods cabins.
There will be some home-hosted lodging available with OCIN members and also a possibility of airport pickup at CVG if your arrival/departure is well clear of event operations times. Contact Mike Minium (at) aol (dot) com directly if you are interested in these options.
