Or just be able to force yourself to go running when hungover. Long runs will do wonders.
Good job at least keepig above five hours for 4 weeks. If you want to make up for it, just train 8.5 hours this week, and it all has evened out.
I don't think that quitting drinking is a realistic option as a student in Montreal in my 20s. However I could smarten up and harden up, or at least do more hungover runs (which are a great way of burning them off).
