Seems I have to change a little of my last post because I forgot the O' marathon at Fair Hill. More numbers/things to look up....

Rogaines of all sorts are a separate category, of course.

2003 was the year with four loops on Hogencamp and no trail run. Certainly the hardest of the nine that I've done.

Hmm- the only one I ever did. Cured me.

Reading George's above made me laugh. I'm waiting (looking?) for the "cure" that assures my arrival at the starting line at least once - before it's not possible at all.
Photos, logs, maps, other readily available info help. Being a Medicare beneficiary should serve as siren or, more to the point, last call.

It's not that bad, but you have to pace yourself.
