Folks on the street are dressed strangely...
How so? I suppose I would look out of place in NYC too, then. :-)

What Charlie is used to looking at back home is the gorgeous Ms. Rhonda in some stunning outfit where green and purple and orange play major roles. Of course the city folks look strange.

Just a mixture of styles not often seen in these parts, including:
- the male hip-hop style: belt at mid-thigh with boxers flying, over-sized hoodie, over-sized ball cap pulled down over eyebrows and ears, tats, etc.
- folks dressed to the nines in a way you don't see them in the country
- other kinds of flashier casual
-and more tats and piercings
