man, you gotta do some intervals. see you are doing lots of training, but if you want to be really good, do it twice a week, and i promise you that youll be top canadian in a hurry.

yeah, I plan on doing intervals a couple of times a week, i just started this new training plan on Sunday so I haven't gotten around to my full week's rotation yet

those are some sweetass interval times! One thing you should try to do is always put a 400m interval at the end of your workout, when doing intervals. its always fun to see how fast and how much improvments happens during a month period f.ex.

yeah, I will try that the next time. My record for the 400 is 57 seconds, although that was at a track meet and not the end of a workout
