Hey, how long are you in Hong Kong? Are you going to be back in the States for the US Champs in October? Looks like I'll see you in Rochester! Have you decided if you're going to run the Blue ultralong or run down?

Hi Ian, I'm staying here longer still. Really wish I could come back for the US Champs, but it's looking very unlikely. The Rochester A-meet is a typo on my part - I haven't change my status to "no" yet. But if I were to enter the race, I'd want to try the Blue ultralong...
