Discussion: vetting streamer, 5L

I put it out less than a wk before meet - was concerned about this control in increasing green. Spent maybe 30' in area changing map some (& this proposed, streamered boulder was 'clean', in open, & I'd added yellow) - eventually concluded that the orig. selected site was ok - but left the streamer in case I wanted to make the change after talking w/ Jim or just plain forgot /did not consider poss. consequence - Francis H was perplexed w/ its presence. I can see - it had 'BG' on it...one could think misplaced error perhaps.

I was fortunate to have Kseniya and Peggy show up and Kseniya eventually found the right boulder. Otherwise the control placements were fine from my perspective. A couple of other mistakes, but just mistakes - not resulting from any difficulty reading the map.
