Take it easy now, cut out the fast stuff. If possible to run slow, go long, as long as you can.
Thats just a problem I have. If I go for an easy run, I always feel like I'm going too slow. I don't feel like I'm working hard enough unless I'm tired.
Ya, thats exactly what I did after my achilles healed up, and then it started to hurt again so I didn't run for another week.
I'm going to try running in a different way tomorrow, more on the outside of my foot. I'm pretty sure it's only the tendon for my big toe, and by running onthe outside of my foot, that tendon won't be stressed.
Be careful when you change your running form. That can often lead to injuring something else.
And, make your easy run longer :) eventually, it won't feel so easy!
After the billygoat, I'm pretty sure that if I run though the woods, my foot will be alright. I'm pretty sure it's the uneven ground which seems to be the solution to all of my problems...
