In the 24+ hr races I've done, the oldest and/or female member of the team has seldom been the weak link. (Not that anyone on your team is likely to be a weak link...)

Actually, *I* am likely to be the weak link. Training has not happened. Ever since I got a new job at a startup I somehow seem to be mysteriously getting less training in. Weird.
