I might be wrong about this, but I think this past weekend was certainly overdoing it. You may feel bullet proof but you can set yourself up for a fall by ramping up too soon after a marathon. Be careful!
yeah i know it and i will be pulling back a bit...i just wanted to test a theory really and i also don't want to slip into an over-extended rest period, which i've done for past marathons...
overtraining is no fun, I speak from no personal experience ;)
