Good to see you feel better, I was sick too last week, but Saturday's 2 races help make me better. I always believe that when you get sick, your temp rises. Whe you exercise your temp rises and pushes that shit out of your system. So How did you feel today after 3 + hours yesterday??
I don't know, Charlie, regarding that theory... I have been now kinda sick (nothing too bad, but annoying) for a long time, so I'm down to the resting alternative now. However this rest caused me a great lactic acid action :)
I am feeling a whole lot better now (and it's quite possible the races helped), but believe me, last night my throat did not sound too good :) What's your "healing" method till next weekend's race?
