Discussion: RTH?

You're not signed up for RTH yet. You'd do quite well with the amount of O you've been doing this year.

I signed up early last year, and then had to bow out after some injuries. I'll wait until later in October to decide if I want to race in RTH, and then see if anyone is interested in running with me. I haven't been running much this summer, so I don't want to overdo it.

Mick and Missus could make a comeback after your great showing at Navstock!
