I know Sunday wasn't as good as you'd hoped but still you had a great weekend. I suspect the extra training helped keep you smart as well. Even if you don't run a lot during the race, running for training has got to help keep you more focused, less O2 deprived.
Thanks Susie -- I think you're right about the "less O2 deprived" part, especially on Saturday. I think I was more tired on Sunday and couldn't run as much as on Saturday. Gotta get past that "get tired and stupid" stage... :-)
