finishing any portion of an AR in good spirits and thinking about doing it again is a victory - congrats! good job introducing Emily & Duncan newbies to the sport!

Great report! The online tracker allows us to almost feel the choices you were making. Pretty cool to come out of it with such a glow the way you guys did.

Great to read about your race! You got a long way on a ridiculously hot day with two first timers and minimal specific training. I hope your team gives it another try. WT doesn’t get much harder than it was in that weather.

Congrats Patrick! And loved you describing what people would have loved about Eco.

It was great seeing you at the race. I’ve got four kayaks and a canoe here at the Waddtage and we are in the heart of some of the best freshwater paddling in the World so stop by any time for some paddling practice (well non winter of course).

You can also check out the papa gym and pick up move some
boulders for us like you did last time ;-)

I don’t think I ever saw you out there but I’m 99% sure I heard you.
