Discussion: Suunto Sync Problems

There is some issue with the authorization and training sync with Suunto App. It looks like something changed on their side, but I have some ideas about how to fix things.

After review, it seems like something they need to fix. I have emailed Suunto about it, I'll update if I hear back.

My Movescount sync was on a Macbook if it makes a difference - and it sounds like it might.

Didn't hear back from Suunto yet, but I set up a messy workaround on our end.

I’m still unable to sync any data from the Suunto App with attackpoint. Any suggestions?

There was an additional bug on my side that affected people with long histories of data in the Suunto App. Should be fixed now.

Shane, it looks like your recent Suunto App data is available, the ones we missed won't be automatically imported but you should be able to select them from the list to import.

All good with Movescount Sync too.

They're still messing with stuff. The browser version of Movescount just stopped displaying workouts so I'm glad Movescount Sync is back!
